We created this directory to solve that problem. Our goal is to provide the most comprehensive, accurate, and useful resource for evaluating offshore staffing options—completely free and without vendor bias.
Our Methodology
Every company in our directory goes through a verification process to ensure accuracy and quality. Here's how we build and maintain our database:
Company Verification
We verify each company's existence through official business registries, website review, and LinkedIn presence. We confirm they have active offshore staffing operations, not just a marketing presence.
Data Collection
We gather information from company websites, LinkedIn, G2, Clutch, and industry reports. Where possible, we verify data points with multiple sources.
Rating Aggregation
Ratings come directly from G2 and Clutch. We display the most recent scores and note when ratings were last updated. We don't create our own ratings to avoid bias.
Regular Updates
We review the directory monthly, updating company information, adding new entrants, and removing companies that no longer meet our criteria. Last update: 2026-01-23.
Inclusion Criteria
To be listed in our directory, companies must meet the following criteria:
- Active Operations: Company must have verifiable offshore staffing operations (not just sales or marketing presence)
- Business Registration: Legally registered business with at least 1 year of operation
- Public Information: Active website with clear service descriptions and contact information
- Staffing Services: Offers dedicated offshore staffing or BPO services (not just freelancer platforms)
We don't accept payment for listings. All companies are evaluated using the same criteria regardless of size or budget.
Editorial Independence
Our directory is editorially independent. We don't accept payment for:
- Featured placements or boosted rankings
- Positive reviews or ratings
- Removal of negative information
- Any form of preferred treatment
Rankings are based solely on publicly available data such as ratings, company size, and specialization matches. Our guides and recommendations are based on research, not sponsorships.
